One Account Per Player

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will require completed KYC verification before processing.

Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided to jaya444 is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account information — you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaya444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your player account in real time, typically within 60 seconds of a successful MFS transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 24 hours to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jaya444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are processed within 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and verified under KYC procedures. jaya444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• jaya444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

Bonuses & Promotions

jaya444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified account on jaya444 and are aged 18 or over.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after expiry.

Wagering Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Roulette may contribute between 10% and 50% depending on the specific promotion. Sports betting contributions vary by market and odds. User Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on jaya444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following a legitimate transaction.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

Technical Abuse

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them to jaya444. Any winnings gained through exploitation of an error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your identity.

Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to systematically extract value without genuine risk, including low-variance matched betting strategies where prohibited by specific promotion terms.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse referral or affiliate incentive structures.

Account Suspension & Closure

jaya444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Opening of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Any court order or regulatory requirement directing jaya444 to take action on an account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your jaya444 account at any time by contacting support at support@jaya444. Upon voluntary closure, any verified cash balance remaining in your account will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Intellectual Property

Liability & Disclaimer
